The Universe brought this book into being through me and my path guided me toward our hearts all too often wounded, yet also matured. Much like a pregnancy, this book unfolds in nine chapters that take us by the hand, helping us navigate the twists and turns of our individuation process. It is indeed a matter of symbolically giving birth to ourselves with the noble intent of becoming individuals in the etymological sense: beings who are undivided within themselves. This journey toward the soul is an inevitable process, especially given that the psyche concerns every single one of us lying as it does at the very core of our being. Venturing into these depths is thus essential if we are to prevent the world from becoming an even darker place that it seems to be right now and not only for ourselves but also for all the future generations.
