    Release

As fall is painting meadows with rich shades of warm colors, we are once again invited to embrace the tremendous beauty of this season and unfold its hidden treasure. While trees are graciously letting go of their precious leaves, nature is showing us how poetic letting go can be and closely observing this in the outside world has the ability to inspire us to do the same in our inner world. So tell me, have you ever asked yourself how your life would look like if you acted accordingly or how easy it would be for you to slide from one season of your life to the next ? Unfortunately we are merely doing the opposite. We actually do more than clinging to old identities or past love stories, we keep all of this so close to our heart that we barely recognize ourselves. Truth is, sometimes we barely remember the why but still we hold on. So, my prayer for you this month is that you find the courage to let go and mainly that you are able to find peace in doing so. Remembering that just like the autumn leaves don't fall all at once, so is letting go. There's no need for you to declutter everything or to forgive right away what you perceive as unforgivable. Maybe just start small by giving away a single object or by releasing a small resentment. After all, since you are the only one suffocating from what you are carrying, maybe freeing yourself does not have to depend on someone else's timing and I swear that soon enough, you'll be noticing how heavy all of this was feeling and how lighter you now feel. Also, you'd be surprised how finding directions in letting go might suddenly open your horizons.

Namaste,
